About

I'm a Program & Operations Manager. Nine years of experience managing technology, transformation and launch programs: at EY for US clients, at Accenture across every office the company has worldwide, at international agencies, and — continuously, alongside and between those roles — in my own practice.

I also design and build. I came up through UX and web development, so when I write a brief I know what I am asking for, and when something needs a prototype I don't wait for someone to have time — I get my hands dirty and build it.

2020 — now

My own consulting practice in digital operations and product launch, run continuously, alongside and between full-time roles. Among other projects, the end-to-end development of Entre Lienzos, a platform celebrating Argentine women artists, backed by the Buenos Aires city government and declared of public interest by the city Legislature.

Before

I led global programs at Accenture, EY and Conway & Partners, for brands and clients across Argentina, the US, Europe and the Middle East. I scaled teams from 5 to 15, built the dashboards that gave visibility to programs with no clear owner, and was repeatedly recognised as Top Performer.

Education

BA in Humanities, Magna Cum Laude, at Universidad de San Andrés. Since then, diplomas and courses: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Design Thinking at EY, the Digital Humanities Online Summer School at Oxford, UX/UI at Coderhouse, front-end development, and more recently AI Fluency at Anthropic and Future of AI at BlueDot.
